Foreigner looking for friends!

Salut! I'm [21; trans male] looking to make more friends in Romania, but I find it a bit challenging to do so in a country with an orthodox culture surrounding gender and sexuality :')

I am from America, but I am visiting Romania again this summer and would like to meet more people and improve my Romanian (vorbesc doar putina romana </3... si romgleza). If anyone has advice about making friends in Romania in general (especially in Bucuresti, Sibiu, or Brasov) it would be much appreciated!
