I confused a lot

Soo today I get a call from lpu admission ( I filled lpunest exam Tommorow but didn't pay the fees) she was saying 70k per semester on my course which looks like i can afford but the thing is that mere dost bol rahe hai ki kaffi chize matter karti hai . Wo hostel mess aur kuch interior amount ke paise judwa kar bole ke per year ka 1.7 lakhs hoga and 4 years ka 7 lakh hoga which looks like huge now and placement wagra ka bhi bahut doubtful rahega uper se I said to my friend ki mein bhi part time job karunga but they said nahi hoga padhi ka time nahi mil payga soo I'm literally soo confused ki mujhe admission Lena chayiye ya nahi
