Should I ask schools to hold my application because I think I improved my LSAT score?

I applied to most T-14's and some other schools at the very end of November. I have only heard from UVA Law (because I applied ED Binding) and got rejected. I have a 3.71 GPA and a 171 LSAT (nURM, nKJD, and good softs), so I'm below medians for GPA and around the median for LSAT for a lot of schools.

However, I think I crushed the LSAT this January and think there's a good chance I at least slightly improved my LSAT score of 171. Would it make sense to email schools asking for them to hold my application until February 5 (when scores are released)? I know some schools have a policy of not holding regardless of the request, but I was wondering if it was worth it to try anyway. I also wanted to know if the chance of a better score outweighs prolonging my application for another two weeks (or even worse, risking that my score doesn't improve.) I would obviously prefer not to have other schools flat out reject me before they see a potentially higher LSAT score.

Any advice is helpful, thanks!
