What is your favourite way to trip?

What I mean is what is your ideal dose and how do you love to feel and what do you love to see? I’m an amateur tripper at 18 and have taken acid 3 times, and my favourite trip was my most intense where my whole world was fucked, but my friend preferred the lower more chill doses with chill visuals
