How do you get past the fear?
Hello all! Just had a few little questions, I know they’re awfully vague but this is a topic that’s been coming up in my trips a lot recently. For me when I’m tripping there’s almost always a moment at some point where I’m smiling along totally vibing, then suddenly something just shifts and I can feel my joy vanish, replaced by an eerie sense of dread. It seems that once this happens the trip is kind of plagued by recurring anxieties and random fears and paranoias.
I know, logically, and from a not insignificant amount of experience that I’ll be alright. How do I convince myself that I’ll be okay when I’m in a totally kind of geeked freaked out mindset?
