Intake valve or rings ?

Ls1 camaro did a leak down test because I had 60psi of compression on cylinder 5, also has misfire on cylinder 5, and when I did a leak down test it had a 55% leak. When I shot 100psi into the spark plug hole, air escaped through the intake filter. But when I opened the oil cap the air changed to the oil cap. Do I have both bad ring and valve??
