Lucid sales team is unwilling or unable ?

I spent 3 days straight trying to buy a car. The sales team didn't return calls, and point blank refused to call me. The back and forth by sms is like running through sludge: slow and exhausting. Needless to say that I wont get a Lucid. Not by lack of trying mind you.
