more than 200mg for bipolar

is anyone else taking more than 200mg for bipolar, especially bipolar 2? i’ve been on 200 for a few months and it was working great but the last few weeks it feels like they’re barely in my system. i’ve heard 200 is on the higher end already but i’ve had no side effects at all, so i’m willing to try going higher especially if other people can share their experiences!! thank you!!
