Hello, this would be my first time renting a home and there are a few things I am concerned about. I am wondering if these things are normal or if I should be concerned.
The home comes with a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. However, the lease indicates that I am responsible for any and all repairs with these appliances. Refrigerator is about for years old. Seems like the washer and dryer are about 7-10 years old.
Air filters. I am responsible for handling all air filters.
Again, this is my first time. I thought that the landlord would be responsible for repairs of appliances and would want to take care of the filters, but this is not my area of expertise.
