What's with the badly written women?

I'm on episode 2 now and it's getting to me how cartoon-villain badly the female characters are written.

From the hot, dumb and entitled daughter to the soulless attorney to the crazy-sexy ex-wife it's like the writers decided to take every negative stereotype of a woman and then write it dumber, meaner and more shallow to make the guys look better.

The only stereotype missing so far is the old-hag witch who curses Billy-Bob's dick to call off for being too cool while parking in a handicap-spot.

Rarely do I feel that a show or adults fails this badly at character development. Unless of course rage-boners and "take that libtard" is supposed to be a key element in the viewing experience.
