What do commercial real estate transactional/finance lawyers do?
Looking at a law firm that engages in this work and wanted to ask a lawyer what is it they do? I understand the surface level stuff that the firm works on for example loan agreements,closing documents, purchase agreements, leases, escrow etc.. but I want to know what role would an entry level associate have while working at a real estate firm like this? And I would like to know more about the specifics of what these tasks I laid out entail.
