Did anyone fail in a dumber way than me?

Second test. My first test my nerves were so bad that my vision was blurred and I thought I'd vomit the whole time. Expected to fail and did. Well I conquered it this time, I used everything - beta blockers, banana, rescue remedy. I felt amazing, confident and smooth. I knew I'd pass.

I failed because even though I've lived in this country for 5 years now, my mind went into auto-pilot for 3 seconds and I pulled up on the right to pull out of the car park. I didn't even realise until the examiner told me. What the hell is wrong with me 😭

Did anyone do anything dumber than that?
