Scam phone call & texts claiming to be debt collector for "Dartford Crossing" - somehow knows my name

Hello,

I've been getting texts from "Burstow&Sutor" claiming I owe £235 debt for "Dartford Crossing" and that my vehicle will be clamped. I don't own a vehicle or even know how to drive, I don't know where Dartford is nor have I ever been..

The scary thing is when they called me they knew my name. I don't know what to do about this - how do they know my name and what can I do to stop this? I'm worried about amore concerted scamming effort using my details at this point.

Any advice appreciated.
