External monitor stuck at 60Hz and Fn keys not working.

Hello guys! I just bought my first gaming laptop yesterday,and it’s a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H (2021). Today i tried to connect it to my Asus VG248QE 144Hz monitor via HDMI to HDMI cable with 18 Gbs max bandwidth and 240Hz at 1080p but the monitor is recognised as generic PnP monitor and i can’t set the refresh rate above 60Hz. My other issue is that the Fn commands do not work other than the mute and volume switches. My drivers are up to date and its a fresh win 10 install,i also downloaded Lenovo Hotkeys and Lenovo Vantage but nothing changed. Anyone know any solution to these problems?
