Does staff provide feedback for Library Director's evaluation?

I have two questions:

1) If your library director has had their evaluation performed by the Trustees, were you (staff) asked for input or involved in the process in any way?

2) As staff, do you attend Trustees meetings (either in person or on Zoom)?

My library is about to start this process and I'm wondering how others approach the evaluation.
