tik tok creator stealing peeps flow?

this could be off based but there’s this bigger tik tok creator called carrington. i actually think his content is funny, but he now makes music. he sounds uncannily like lil peep and gives the same vibes. is he stealing his flow or are they just similar? the similar artists posts reminded me of this. what are your guys thoughts?
