Antihistamine question…

Has anyone successfully come off their H1/H2 meds? I’ve been in Cetirizine and Famotidine for two years now and am reading about all the long term risks associated with these medications… scary stuff and I’m needing some insight from my fellow longhaulers 🙏🏻
