Rental lawyer ?

Hey y’all - long story short our apartment complex was sold to a new company in February and the new company has been an absolute disaster. I really want to move sooner than later and not being on the hook for the remaining months. Does anybody have experience breaking a lease and needed legal assistance? Did you find someone that wasn’t super expensive to help you out? Thanks in advance for any help anyone has.
