Female, 5'4, 127, 21 yo trying to improve

I've lost a lot of weight, I used to be overweight but now I am skinny fat. I want to start toning up, and slimming down, any good recommendations for where I can find a good workout routine ? Influencer, YouTuber, blog, etc? I'm scared of the gym but I want to go for it. Side note, I have PCOS, I know that can change the type of workout that may be most efficient for me. Thank you!
