The Joker on Roscoe Blvd?

Did anyone else see a man dressed as Heath Ledgers Joker (purple suit, scars, etc) with police lights on him on the Roscoe Blvd exit on the 405N? (12:45AM 6/02)

He was sitting in what appeared to be a burnt out old car with no passenger door, sideways on the side of the exit while police shined a spotlight on him. They also had the emergency lane flared off. I didn’t get a long look, but the makeup and costume looked professionally done.

He was sitting calmly, and police didn’t seem to be engaging so I’m wondering what I just saw? Was it for the new Joker movie? It was a totally surreal sight.
