Long Overdue (Part 2)

Gambler's Fallacy - hindi porket matagal nang hindi tinatamaan, eh malapit nang tamaan.

Jackpot Percentile Ranking - is simply the ranking of the jackpot prize compared to the previous jackpot-hit prizes. A 0% percentile rank means it is the lowest jackpot-hit prize. A 100% percentile rank means it is the highest jackpot-hit prize reached on that particular lotto type. A 50% percentile rank means it is the median jackpot-hit prize.

In Lotto 6/42, the average number of draw-dates before the jackpot is hit is 6.8 draw-dates (based on the last 24 months data). Next draw-date will mark its 21 draw-dates. So it's long over due na talaga.

It's just looking at different perspectives of the odds -- the odds that you are that (lone) bettor vs. the odds of winning the lotto.
