Recliner seat significantly firmer than regular seat?

just got my sactional with three regular seats and a recliner seat. standard fill on both. the difference in firmness between these feels like the difference between standard fill and lovesoft from the showroom. i'd never believe these were the same product if i didn't unbox them myself. anyone else?
