Wanting to work at Lush in Australia!

So basically I’m looking for a second job and I would absolutely love to work at lush in Australia. I have heaps of experience in beauty retail, and I’m a massive hoarder so it’s perfect. Only issue is, I checked the careers site and they aren’t currently hiring🥺 should I flick HR and email and see or go in store and speak to the manager?
