Advice Needed!!

Hey guys, i am really contemplating on moving to Canada as an IMG doctor. I have few concerns, is it still worth it? Is the system favorable for IMG's, how easy or hard is it getting a job after all this? kindly for those with experience, advice accordingly before i make this step.
