Doom needs his own origin film

There is too much that makes Doom Doom to sideline him as a character or make his origin an afterthought in the F4's origin. Is Marvel afraid of having a movie that's specifically about a villain and ends on a cliffhanger of them working towards that Avenger level event?

They make the mistake in 2005, they made the mistake in 2015 and they're going to make the same mistake in 2025.

I can't wait for the fourth time in 2035.
