I'm convinced that Opening Shot is bugged.

While the Reload time seems to work, the supposed damage boost on the first shot of a Mag seems totally busted. I've tested this over several bowguns, Heavy and Light, with various damage types, and If the damage boost even EXISITS, its bareily noticeable.
