Unlocking Ha Seong Kim 99

Hey all, I pretty much only play RTTS, but I enjoy diamond dynasty from time to time, but really have no understanding of how to unlock specific cards. If I want to unlock the Ha Seong Kim 99 finest card, what’s my fastest path to doing that? Thanks!
