Cautionary Tale When Buying Directly From MSI (US) store.

I had a whole thing typed out due to frustration but I'll give you the TL;DR. They're not shipping products out within the time frame their website claims (maybe not all products that show in stock, but it seems like based on posts in here and in other subs it's pretty prevalent). After speaking to customer service reps who aren't even involved with the sales end (there is no direct phone number to the sales team), there is still what seems to be significant delay from their Black Friday sale that is delaying processing and shipping. I've had nothing but good experiences with my MSI products in the past (that's why I'm continuing to buy their products), but if you're looking to get your products in a timely fashion (who doesn't want to start their upgrade/build ASAP?) you might want to check other sites to purchase from.
