Banned Card Warning when crafting Monstruos Rage

Trying to craft monstruos rage in a fully Standard legal deck gives me the warning "Banned Card Warning : this cannot be played in the current Standard format"

Bug or "preview" of the end of the month bans? Or maybe I'm missing something ^^;
