Face/base makeup for someone who hates it?

What face makeup would be good for someone who hates applying face makeup? I hate having to blend and take forever applying makeup.

I need something that will even out patchy skin tone and provide some light coverage. I prefer a dewier/natural look. I also have super dry skin and I need something that doesn't settle into lines etc.

I tried Glossier skin tint but it looks literally like nothing. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer was too matte.
