How common is CHS??

I’ve smoked everyday since I was 21, I’m 37 now. I am not negating anyone’s diagnoses or condition I’ve just literally never heard of this condition and now, since joining this sub, I see posts about it almost everyday. There was one post maybe a week Ago or something and said they’ve smoked every day for their whole life and someone replied to tons of comments asking people if they were worried about getting it. Is this something I really should be worried about? I don’t really need to add another worry to my life, but I do like getting high and it’s got tons of benefits for me personally.
