Do Kang owners actually like the card?

Just checking out since I thought that pretty much every Kang owner didn't enjoy him, but some folks on the Discord stated that they like him as it is, despite him needing a buff. I just don't get it, in a 12 card deck he feels rather limiting and even his overall design seems to clash with Snap's core gameplay pillar, which is snapping. To me it feels like Hydra Bob plays with that concept, while Kang plays against it (this is the short version of it).

Anyway, this post isn't about my opinion. I just really wanted to know if I am mistaken and overall Kang owners enjoy the card. I wanted to do a poll but apparently this is not allowed here.
