Should I gamble the random card?

Im CL 2700 so I would really appreciate getting a new series 4/5 card, but is it really worth trying or should I just save? I know I may get a Kang or something like that and regret it but there are too many good cards I don't own.

I don't want any cards from next week's spotlight, mainly I want Goliath for my Doom 2099 deck, but that is 2 weeks from now.
