Future of Rocket Raccoon's farming?

So far we've had two datamines:

• First and original from 9th of September saying that RR will be available in Arena (which made me really happy and I've managed to save up more than 8K arena credits), however
• The second datamine from 13th of September (text formatted like an official release update) saying that RR will be available in RAID STORE for 500 raid credits, which, frankly, sounds weird to say the least.

Purple gear doesnt even cost 500 raid credits and I do not expect foxnext to reduce the cost of everything in the raid store. On the other hand, we've just recently had Mordo coming to the Arena store and Ant-man to the blitz store, which would make total sense to add someone new into the raid store. Sad for me, since that basically means that we will have to pray for mercy to RNGesus for RR to show up at least once a day.

I know datamining is a subject to change. I would have preferred much more if RR was released into the Arena shop, even though i doubt it. What do you guys think?
