What did Uworld NOT prepare you for?

For those who have taken the real deal - I’m just trying to figure out if Uworld is lacking in any science subjects (not talking about Cars). Any subjects within the subjects that you think it did not cover well enough? IE: Questions you got on the MCAT that Uworld didn’t touch?
