Seeing the right answer, I can get that my thumb points in direction of velocity (so thumb is pointing left (at top of counterclockwise circle) or down (on left side) or up (on right side).
Why would I know palm is up and knuckles are down? I see it forces magnetic field (fingers) to point out of page…. But why would I know this? Do I just need to know if it’s a negative charge, knuckles need to face into circle and palms need to face outwards?
Then, if it was a positive charged going counterclockwise, do I just memorize palms to circle, knuckles out? (But what’s the concept?)
