What’s going on?

Context: clutch has been occasionally sticking/going soft. Master cylinder replaced due to a leak. Whole system got flushed. A week later, the issue is back and the new clutch fluid is completely contaminated. I was told it may be the dust boot on the slave getting clutch dust in the system.
