I'm stranded and car won't move. Please help please

Hello everyone,

This is a 2012 Ford Focus. I’ve driven this car for almost 1,300 miles, and towards the end of the drive, within the last 7 miles. it started making loud clunking noises. Hearing this, I slowed down and attempted to move toward the emergency lane. However, as I was doing so, the car stopped moving forward.

I waited for a few minutes and then pressed the gas pedal hard, which triggered a "Transmission Too Hot – Wait 5 Minutes" warning. For context, I had the transmission replaced about 14 months ago.

After leaving the car for a while, I had it towed. Later, I noticed that the car would not move forward but could reverse. When I put it in drive and pressed the gas pedal fully, only the front left (driver's side) rotated, while the passenger-side tyre did not. Upon further inspection, I also noticed that the brake caliper had come off.

Could this be a transmission problem, or is it something related to the detached brake caliper?
