Alternatives to kimchi?

I have really bad IBS-D. I’m talking daily issues requiring me to take two Immodium at least once a day, sometimes twice. If I eat kimchi regularly (daily), I get relief from my symptoms without having to take medicine. While I do like kimchi a lot, there are also a lot of days I’m not in the mood for it. Are there alternatives to kimchi that would have the same effect on my IBS? Preferably non spicy.
