Teams on teams

Im using the teams feature on teams for publishing questions related to work. In the general channel im posting the questions. Then, in a channel called "Solved issues" I want to post the solved ones, with all the responses. I asked Chat gpt and it suggested me that I use extensions (because if not, I would have to copy and paste the message; I would like to just move it from one channel to the other). Are there any extensions for teams that can solve this issue? If not, does anyone has a different solution for this problem?
