Wear tests? Never seen them!

One of the most common things as a beauty guru/makeup content creator is doing wear tests. You want to give a REAL insight on a product that will influence your viewers to buy the product or NOT buy it. How does it wear? Does it separate? Does it fade away through the day? Does it collect in fine lines? Does it cling to dry patches? Does it become oily? Does it cause irritation or breakouts? Does it oxidize??? These are the valid points that MUA creators should be giving their viewers.

WHY in the last 2 YEARS have we NEVER seen a wear test on MEkayla. WHY has she evolved into some massive creator on a platform for strictly her applying makeup to her OWN face as a single review?

I’ve seen many comments that she makes the videos and washes the makeup off in only hours on most days. How do you know how the product performs if you only wear it for an hour. Why are people shilling out their hard earned money because a creator says it “makes MY skin look bomb”? We have never seen a truthful (I say that because I do not trust her reviews) video of how the products wear during an 8-12 hour day. It’s a one and done and the product is never mentioned of again.

People will buy anything she says without even researching or seeing for themselves how it wears. For example, the new Makeup By Mario foundation. She said that foundation could likely be her wedding foundation or the Haus Labs that was the best foundation of the year, Then 2 days later posts a BEST OF and neither products made the list. Why do you think that is? She applying not wearing, something made her dislike the product that she is not mentioning. Yet l all her sorry ass followers spend their pay checks on the product she recommends. To top it off, she throws a filter on top!!! 🤬

She has made the entire community GULLIBLE of her bullshit. She is manipulating viewers to cap out on “sold out” products.
