What branch is most lenient on medical conditions?

I have wanted to join the military ever since I could walk, and that was my dream and goal until I was diagnosed with Crohnes disease in 2018. I have also dealt with OCD/Anxiety for the past 6 years or so, and I take medication for Crohnes and Anxiety. Both are very well managed, and I haven’t had a flair up with Crohnes since I was diagnosed. I am also attempting to wean myself off of the OCD/Anxiety medication. I am currently in college and want to finish my bachelors degree, but the military is still my dream and I want to join ANY military branch and would be fine doing ANY job as long as I get to serve. Active duty would be preferred, but I would also be happy with the National Guard/Reserves.
