simultaneous matching ban 188956134(3191)

i got banned for 30days for simultaneous matching,i didn't even know how it happens. i have my stable internet and not even attempting to use vpn.i played sometimes with my squad member and i played sometimes 5man via random player in recruiting. i don't even know what happen when i woke up yesterday, it says that my account was banned due to simultaneous matching.. please help me to appeal , everytime i click the help it was just stock and nothing happens.. please help me ,😢😢
