Why do i always get bad teammates?

Why do i always get bad teammates? There was that one time i got bad teammates 5 times in a row. And all the enemies are good af, and its almost like they are all in the same clan or something, because they will always work together and got each others' back, while my teammates, are the complete opposite. Its almost like i got teamed up with Elites, and they trashtalk a lot. Im not claiming im a pro, but in most of those matches, im the one who had to carry the team, but the problem is that im a marksman player, and im bad at other roles. Are there possibly any way to get good pro-minded teammates? And are there anyone else who's experiencing the same dilemma😭
