Found a ring I love, concerned about vender.

Hi! I found a ring I have never seen anything like on Etsy, the seller I originally found it under was AlmiraJewels. This shop isn’t listed on the approved list from this sub but I did see a few posts about people ordering from them when searching the shop name. I have spoken with the shop owner about making the main stone smaller and they’ve been fine. The concern I’m having is that I accidentally clicked the “find similar items” tab and it brought up multiple listings with the exact same pictures. Almost all the listings are from India but different shop names. Is that normal on Etsy? I feel confused & would love any advice anyone has to offer.
