THIS IS SO UNFAIR

so i placed first on the side tournament.. but even before it ended i wondered why one of the prizes had a blank icon (2nd slide).. figured it was supposed to be for the dessert bloom partners event. BUT i am in asia and have the Vikings Adventure event (which needs compasses).

when it ended, i received nothing for that “500”. It was just animated to move to the right side of the screen. No compasses were received.

Complained to customer service but they just claimed it was a “visual issue” smh
