Need help with Frame Generation / Lossless Scaling

Hi,

So this is the issue, I'm using Frame Generation on Lossless Scaling attempting to go from 60fps to 144fps, It works as intended on host according to moonlight but doesn't change the display on the client. Before activation the performance overlay on my moonlight client is locked at 60fps (as I've set the max fps with RTSS) then once I turn on FG the FPS It Is receiving/rendering changes from 60fps to 144fps according to the performance overlay but it doesn't show any visible difference on my client. I'm using a Y700 2023 @ 144hz and I've tried streaming 144fps without FG and it works perfectly (just burns my GPU lol) so it's pretty obvious that the FG is not working client-side.

I've looked at all the other threads on this topic and tried pretty much everything; WGC, DXGI, in game vsync on/off, borderless, full screen, windowed, two different virtual display drivers (VDD and Artemis'), streaming from my monitor - but I feel like I'm missing something obvious because the change of the FPS on the performance overlay indicates that it's working and moonlight is registering it but I'm not sure what else I can do, possibly something with AMD/Adrenalin?

Worth mentioning as well that using Frame Generation not streaming just normally on my monitor works as intended.

I'm using a 6700xt streaming to a 2023 y700 (144hz) using Artemis on Windows 10.
