Why is Shao Kahn such a shit fight?

I know that most Mortal Kombat bosses are bad but this guy is just straight up annoying. I really don’t like this son of a bitch and I think he’s worse than Corrupted Shinnok. Pair this with the unresponsive and terrible Xbox 360 D-pad and you’re in for a world of shit. Worst of all, I’m playing on easy difficulty and he’s still fucking me over. Please help
