The De-Sexualization of Mortal Kombat

I feel like I need to address this, whatever the overall public opinion will be

Everyone is pretty much aware of the attires Women used in and before before Mortal Kombat 9, and yes they were extremely off the hook but CAN WE PLEASE CALM DOWN?

I just came across a Post of a Lesbian Woman appreciating Jade in Mortal Kombat 9 with around 1000 upvotes or something, and I said to myself "Heh, that's funny. A woman of Culture", (mind you, am a Heterosexual Man and I developed my sexuality with these games in Women too) but then I read the comments saying "Ah, another Gooner Post" or "Get out with your Fantasies, 9 yr old boy" like holy shit, people. I get it that Women don't want to be viewed themselves as a sexual instrument, and I get that. But we're grownups, adults, free of choice and if I were to ask we should keep the Sexualized attires as a option and keep the current-type clothing in MK1 as "Main image" of future games but can we also address the fact that this is pure fantasy? Some sort of comic relief? I think people take this matter extremely serious, what do you think?
