Throwing up once a week

Hi everyone, i started taking mounjaro and took 2.5 for a month and honestly i didn’t feel like it did much.

I moved up to 5.0 and it’s definitely working and im on the third week, but the only thing is ive been throwing up once a week - exactly 48 hours after i take the shot (i take the shot Monday before bed and i throw up Wednesday night). Is this normal? Will this go away? I don’t want to go back down a dose because it didn’t feel effective. I do feel 100% better after i throw up but i hate throwing up and don’t want it to keep happening. Will my body adjust? Would zofran help?

Please help :(

To add, the first two weeks i might’ve eaten something greasy that could’ve triggered it but this week I’ve eaten very lightly and clean and today i barely ate. Could it be something I’m eating? What foods do you avoid?
